General Project Description
General Project Description The project “Development of capacity building, communication, monitoring, and evaluation for ProIgualdad in Bolivia” is a consortium-led initiative aimed at strengthening technical capacities, communication processes, and monitoring and evaluation systems. It promotes gender equality and diversity through a participatory and intercultural approach.
The project seeks to foster the exchange of lessons learned among actors, the strategic use of digital platforms, and the generation of communication and educational products adapted to different contexts and audiences.
Role of SSF Bolivia in the Project
Within the framework of the consortium, SSF Bolivia contributes its expertise in:
• Gender and human rights approach.
• Social communication and educational products.
• Participatory processes with youth and communities.
• Technical support in monitoring, evaluation, and knowledge management actions.
SSF Bolivia's participation is framed within a specific technical role, complementary to the work of the other entities in the consortium.
What is being worked on in this project?
The project develops actions in the following areas:
Digital Platforms and Communication
• Design and management of digital platforms.
• Creation and dissemination of communication products.
• Strengthening of communication strategies with an inclusive approach.
Educational Training and Capacity Building
• Development of inclusive educational materials aimed at teachers, students, and families.
• Implementation of participatory methodologies and dialogue-based approaches.
• Design of training modules in communication, leadership, and diversity.
• Strengthening of teaching capacities in the use of media and inclusive approaches.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Knowledge Management
• Implementation of monitoring systems and impact measurement.
• Application of participatory methodologies and qualitative analysis.
• Documentation of lessons learned and best practices.
• Creation of digital knowledge repositories.
• Preparation of reports for transparency and accountability.
