With the goal of fostering new opportunities for young people, the Avanza Joven Project has been launched. This initiative aims to strengthen the personal, social, and professional skills of young people between the ages of 16 and 29. The program seeks to promote employability, socially conscious entrepreneurship, community leadership, and the building of equitable and violence-free relationships, incorporating a cross-cutting approach to gender and human rights.
The Youth Training Program will benefit young students and individuals seeking employment or with entrepreneurial initiatives, through participatory and practical methodologies facilitated by the specialized technical team of Solidarity Without Borders Bolivia. Implementation is carried out in person, in partnership with universities and allied institutions, contributing to the social and educational commitment of higher education and fostering a more prepared, conscious, and transformative youth.
